Pricing & Delivery
For the reasons of Prices, Product Descriptions and Availability which may change without notice, Musicalshack does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. Musicalshack will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Delivery prices valid for Australia only.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, subject to stock availability. All deliveries are fully covered by Musicalshack, Australia wide. Delivery times are for major centres only and are subject to the delivery availability of the transport Company. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Payment Terms; Orders
The only payment method available for Internet orders at this time is credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Card. For payment by money order, bank check, personal check or direct deposits please choose 'contact me' as your payment option when placing an order. Additional processing time is required for payments by cheque (extra 10 working days). Cash is not a payment option that we accept at this time.
Warranty
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All second hand products have a three (3) month warranty from Musicalshack. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge, upon written request addressed to:

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price (less any freight charge), full credit (less any freight charge), or exchange of your choice, within fourteen (14) days from the shipping date.
Musicalshack only accepts returns made within the first fourteen (14) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this fourteen (14) day guarantee period. Please call 1800 634 383 for return instructions.
All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), all returned goods must include a Return Authorisation Reference, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price value only, excluding shipping and handling.

Refund (is issued only if; the goods do not do what the salesperson said it would or complies with government guidelines on refund of goods.) is paid on the sale value of the goods only and does not include any delivery, insurance or handling charges (if applicable).
